Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in food service, preferably in fine dining or casual dining restaurants.
• Experience in cooking, sushi preparation, or food service is an advantage, depending on the assigned role.
• Reliable, customer-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, courteous, and attentive table service.
• Present menus, answer customer inquiries, and make food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take customer orders and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service.
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards while maintaining presentation quality.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address customer requests or concerns.
• Prepare and set dining tables before service and maintain cleanliness throughout operations.
• Process customer bills and payments accurately when required.
• Assist with basic food preparation or sushi preparation if assigned and qualified.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
