WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• Female applicants.
• 23–30 years old (as provided by the employer).
• At least 5’3″ or 160 cm in height.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in fine dining and/or hotel restaurants.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• No visible tattoos.
• Previous experience in professional table service and guest handling.
• Knowledge of proper restaurant service procedures and dining etiquette.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant, courteous, attentive, and professional when dealing with guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced fine dining or hotel restaurant environment.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in order accuracy and food presentation.
• Good teamwork and coordination skills.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and performing service duties for extended periods.
• Willing to follow restaurant and hotel policies, service standards, hygiene procedures, and management instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Present menus and assist guests with food and beverage selections when needed.
• Take accurate drink and food orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and service staff.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and according to restaurant service standards.
• Ensure food orders are prepared correctly by the kitchen staff and presented properly before serving guests.
• Check food items for correct orders, appropriate presentation, and completeness.
• Monitor tables during service and respond promptly to guest requests and additional needs.
• Perform shift duties such as delivering racks of cups to service stations and replenishing necessary service items.
• Roll and prepare silverware for table service.
• Pre-bus tables by removing used plates, glasses, cutlery, and other items as appropriate.
• Wipe and clean tables promptly after guests leave and prepare them for the next customers.
• Remove food debris, trash, and other unwanted items from dining and service areas.
• Set and reset tables according to fine dining or hotel restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and assigned dining areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, supervisors, and other restaurant personnel to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Respond professionally to guest questions, requests, and concerns.
• Report food quality, order accuracy, or service issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance and courteous attitude throughout each shift.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other restaurant preparation duties as assigned.
• Perform other food service and hospitality duties assigned by management.
