Dvorak Spa & Wellness a.s. is seeking qualified and experienced Waiters/Waitresses to join its hospitality team in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing courteous, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to hotel guests. The position requires previous hotel experience, excellent English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Waiter/Waitress

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, 25–40 years old.
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Waiter/Waitress in hotels.
• At least elementary school graduate.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in taking and serving orders.
• Capable of providing fast, efficient, and professional service.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Communicative, responsible, careful, courteous, and guest-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel or hospitality environment.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and capable of standing and moving for extended periods.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow hotel service standards and instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome hotel guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide guests with information about food and beverage selections.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Communicate guest orders clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages according to established hotel service standards.
• Ensure orders are served correctly, completely, and on time.
• Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and beverage service.
• Respond politely and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently after each guest or dining service.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper presentation of dining and service areas.
• Prepare tables with appropriate plates, cutlery, glasses, napkins, and other service items.
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant or dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and other hotel departments when necessary.
• Process or coordinate guest bills and payments according to hotel procedures.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Handle hotel equipment, tableware, food, and beverages carefully.
• Monitor dining areas and provide prompt assistance to guests when needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude at all times.
• Report guest concerns, damaged equipment, shortages, or other service issues to the supervisor.
• Perform other food and beverage service duties as assigned by management.
