Muvi Cinemas is seeking experienced Waiters / Service Specialists to provide exceptional food and beverage service in a luxury hospitality environment. The successful candidates will deliver refined dining experiences by following international service standards, formal etiquette, and luxury guest service protocols while ensuring the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Waiter / Service Specialist
Qualifications:
- Formal training in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or a Silver Service Certification.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in 5-star luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or private luxury residences.
- Strong knowledge of formal etiquette, Silver Service, French Service, table setting protocols, and beverage presentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance with exceptional grooming and presentation.
- Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working effectively in a luxury hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests professionally and provide personalized food and beverage service throughout their dining experience.
- Perform Silver Service, French Service, and other formal dining service techniques according to luxury hospitality standards.
- Prepare and set dining tables with appropriate tableware, glassware, cutlery, linens, and decorative elements.
- Present menus, explain food and beverage selections, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders while accommodating dietary requirements and special requests.
- Serve meals, beverages, wines, and refreshments with proper presentation and service etiquette.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout service and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and hospitality teams to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Handle VIP guests with professionalism, courtesy, and complete confidentiality.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety regulations at all times.
- Assist with banquet, private dining, and special event service when required.
- Perform other hospitality and food service duties assigned by management.
