We are looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Waiter to join Seazen Group Co. in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent table service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and delivering a high standard of hospitality in a fine dining restaurant environment.
Waiter
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Waiter or in a similar restaurant service role
- Experience in Italian, Intercontinental, or International cuisine, preferably in a fine dining restaurant
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Presentable, polite, and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Willing to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Present menus and provide accurate information on food and beverage offerings
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure timely and high-quality service to all guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in setting up and closing duties of the restaurant
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction at all times

- Graduate of any four (4) year course or College Level
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
