We are looking for a qualified and experienced UT Inspector Operator (Quality Assurance) for a steel pipe manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing Ultrasonic Testing (UT) on steel pipes and tubes to detect internal and surface defects, ensuring products meet quality standards, industry specifications, and customer requirements.
UT INSPECTOR OP (QA)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only
- 45 years old and below
- Must have experience in the steel pipe manufacturing industry
- Experience in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and quality inspection of steel pipes and tubes
- Knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) methods, quality assurance procedures, and inspection standards
- Ability to operate, calibrate, and maintain UT inspection equipment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment
Responsibilities:
- Perform Ultrasonic Testing (UT) on steel pipes and tubes in accordance with quality standards and customer specifications
- Detect and evaluate internal and surface defects using UT equipment
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain ultrasonic testing instruments
- Record inspection findings and prepare accurate quality reports
- Identify non-conforming products and coordinate with production and QA teams for corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, NDT standards, and safety regulations
- Assist in maintaining inspection records and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives
