Supervisor Mechanical (HVAC)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HVAC engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role Preferably with valid driving license.

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
• Needs to manage a team of technicians and ensure that projects are completed efficiently
• Supervise sub-contractors’ work to ensure quality service is delivered with minimum downtime while also reporting progress to the line manager.
• Lead the team to perform repairs on any heating and ventilation, refrigeration, cooling systems (Chillers, Cooling Towers, Condensers, Evaporators, AHU, FCU, DX, split units, exhaust fans…)
