Daeah Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd. is seeking a reliable and organized Labor Controller to oversee manpower deployment and maintain accurate labor records for construction projects. The successful candidate will coordinate with project teams to ensure workforce requirements are met efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies and project procedures.
Labor Controller
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in labor control, manpower coordination, human resources, or project administration.
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction or project environment.
- Experience in construction or engineering projects is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control the daily deployment of workers to designated work areas.
- Coordinate with supervisors, project managers, and other departments regarding manpower requirements and workforce allocation.
- Maintain accurate labor records, attendance reports, and personnel databases.
- Track workforce movement, assignments, and productivity to support project operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly manpower reports for management.
- Ensure labor records are complete, accurate, and updated in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist in coordinating employee onboarding, transfers, and workforce scheduling as required.
- Support compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and project requirements.
- Perform other labor control and administrative duties assigned by management.
