Aviation Services Company (Riyadh Air) is hiring Structures Engineers I (Line Maintenance) for deployment to Saudi Arabia. The role is focused on aircraft structural maintenance, particularly composite repairs and line maintenance operations for Boeing 787-9 aircraft under aviation regulatory standards.
STRUCTURES ENGINEERS I (LINE MAINTENANCE)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Line Maintenance environment, specifically working on aircraft composites.
- Holds or is eligible to obtain GACA / FAA / EASA Aircraft Maintenance License.
- Valid GACA A&P license or EASA Part 66 B1 license (or equivalent CAA license).
- Level III type training on Boeing 787-9 aircraft.
- At least 5 years of verifiable aircraft maintenance experience (logbook records required).
- Experience working under GACA or other Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Boeing 787 GEnx engine systems.
- Must have been certifying aircraft maintenance work within the last 2 years.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft structural repair, composite materials, and line maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, structural repair manuals, and engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to safety, compliance, and aviation standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills in a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform line maintenance and structural repair on Boeing 787-9 aircraft.
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of composite and structural components.
- Certify maintenance work in accordance with aviation authority regulations.
- Ensure compliance with GACA/FAA/EASA maintenance standards and procedures.
- Perform damage assessment and structural repair documentation.
- Support aircraft readiness and turnaround operations.
- Work closely with maintenance teams, engineers, and flight operations personnel.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and certification records.
- Ensure all work meets safety, airworthiness, and operational standards.
- Participate in aircraft troubleshooting and technical problem resolution.
Maintain tools, equipment, and adherence to aviation safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
- Employment certificates
- NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
- PEOS certificate
