Almarai Company (Poultry Farming Division) is seeking an experienced Stock Controller / Team Leader I (Feedmill Department) to manage inventory control and support feedmill operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, maintaining accurate inventory records, supervising stock-related activities, and ensuring the availability of feed materials and supplies to support continuous production operations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in stock control, inventory management, feedmill operations, poultry production, or related industries.
- Experience in modern feed mills, hatcheries, flour mills, or poultry farming and production is required.
- Experience in port operations is an advantage for Rabigh Port assignments.
- Background in laying, broiler, or breeder operations is preferred, depending on the assigned role.
- Hands-on experience with the SAP System and inventory management is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of stock control procedures, inventory documentation, and warehouse operations.
- Good leadership, organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control inventory of raw materials, feed products, spare parts, and operational supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement, receiving, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Supervise stock control activities and guide team members to ensure proper inventory procedures are followed.
- Conduct regular stock checks, reconciliations, and inventory reports to prevent shortages and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor storage conditions and ensure proper handling of feed ingredients and finished products.
- Utilize the SAP System for inventory tracking, reporting, and stock management activities.
- Prepare inventory reports and provide updates regarding stock status and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement of inventory control processes and operational efficiency.
