SMT Operator / Production Operator

Qualifications:

• Experience in SMT machine operation or manufacturing production is an advantage
• Ability to perform visual inspection and detailed quality checks
• Physically capable of prolonged standing or sitting, mobile tasks, and manual material handling
• Willingness to undergo safety training and comply with workplace safety procedures
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Operate SMT and other production line machines and equipment
• Perform product visual inspection to ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct assembly testing and specification measurements
• Support product assembly, inspection, packaging, and shipment preparation
• Ensure proper machine operation and report abnormalities or malfunctions
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Perform manual material handling as required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the manufacturing area
