Al Barakah Kuwait General Trading and Contracting Company is seeking courteous and professional Door Persons to be assigned in prestigious hotel properties such as Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for guests while ensuring smooth entry and exit at the hotel premises.

DOOR PERSON

Qualifications:

• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation
• Strong customer service orientation
• Friendly, approachable, and courteous demeanor
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in GCC countries is an advantage
• Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
• Team player with a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure
• Open and close doors for guests and assist with entry and exit
• Assist guests with directions, inquiries, and basic information about the hotel
• Coordinate with front desk and concierge for guest assistance
• Maintain order and monitor the entrance area
• Assist in managing guest flow during peak hours
• Provide support in handling guest luggage when necessary
• Ensure a clean, presentable, and professional entrance area at all times
