Qualifications:
- Proven experience in tailoring Ladies’ Occasion Wear and Wedding Dresses.
- Knowledge and experience in bridal gowns and formal dresses is required.
- Applicants must provide photos and videos showcasing their previous work in the same field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Others, Textile/Fashion Design & Production, or a related field.
- Excellent sewing, alteration, and finishing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Sew, alter, and repair ladies’ occasion wear, bridal gowns, and wedding dresses.
- Perform precise pattern adjustments and garment fittings based on client requirements.
- Execute hand and machine sewing techniques for delicate fabrics, lace, beadwork, and embellishments.
- Ensure garments meet high-quality standards in fit, finish, and presentation.
- Work with various bridal and formal wear materials while maintaining fabric integrity.
- Follow design specifications and production timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly care for sewing equipment.
