SERVICE CREW
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- At least high school graduate.
- Female applicants are preferred.
- Willingness to learn new equipment and production processes.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a production environment.
- Physically fit and willing to work in shifts if required.
- Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Weigh, measure, and prepare raw materials for production use.
- Assist in production processes by handling materials and basic operational tasks.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required quality standards.
- Check instrument readings such as temperature gauges and other monitoring tools.
- Package finished products properly according to company guidelines.
- Ensure correct labeling and proper documentation of packaged goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow safety procedures and production regulations at all times.
- Assist in machine or equipment handling when required.
- Support continuous production flow and operational efficiency.
- Report any defects, irregularities, or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Willing to learn new equipment, processes, and industry updates.
