SITE SUPERVISOR (ARCHITECTURAL)

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5–10 years of hands-on experience in architectural construction supervision.
• Proven experience on large-scale retail, commercial, healthcare, residential, and mixed-use construction projects.
• Strong background in supervising façade works, interior fit-outs, tiling, cladding, joinery, painting, ceiling installation, and other finishing trades.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, detail drawings, and finishing specifications.
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, finishing materials, workmanship standards, and quality control procedures.
• Familiar with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and the Saudi Building Code (SBC).
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in coordinating site teams while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate architectural construction activities for retail, commercial, healthcare, residential, and mixed-use projects.
• Oversee masonry, plastering, tiling, stone cladding, façade installation, ceiling works, joinery, painting, and finishing works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor daily site activities, manpower allocation, productivity, and work progress to meet project schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship quality and ensure compliance with project standards and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with the Site Engineer, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve site issues, technical concerns, and construction delays.
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and conduct toolbox talks to promote safe working practices.
• Inspect delivered materials, verify quantities and quality, and ensure proper storage and handling on site.
• Assist in setting out architectural elements, dimensional checks, and quality verification of finishes.
• Support quality control activities, including mock-up inspections, material sampling, and finish quality verification.
• Prepare daily reports covering manpower, work progress, material usage, and site activities while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
