Service Crew / Barista

Qualifications:

• Applicants with no work experience are welcome to apply.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Previous experience working in a related food and beverage store is an advantage.
• Food and Beverage Services NC II certification is an advantage.
• Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Hardworking, reliable, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of performing food service and store duties.
• Age requirement: 23–30 years old.
• Minimum height: 5’2″.
• No overseas work experience required / First-time overseas applicants are welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, courteous, and professional service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process orders according to store procedures.
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other food and beverage products according to company standards.
• Assist with basic barista and beverage preparation duties.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately, promptly, and consistently.
• Operate beverage preparation equipment and other store equipment safely.
• Handle food and beverages following proper hygiene and food safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the store.
• Clean counters, tables, service areas, equipment, floors, and other designated areas.
• Replenish food, beverage, packaging, and other store supplies when required.
• Check product availability and report shortages to supervisors.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing supplies.
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a neat and organized work station at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns politely and professionally.
• Refer customer complaints or complex concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow company policies, operating procedures, and workplace safety standards.
• Work effectively with other service crew members and store personnel.
• Assist in opening and closing store activities when assigned.
• Perform other food service, beverage preparation, and store support duties as directed by management.
