Juice Time Restaurant is seeking friendly, hardworking, and customer-oriented Service Crew members to join its restaurant team in Qatar. The successful candidates will assist customers, take and prepare orders, maintain cleanliness, support daily restaurant operations, and ensure a positive dining experience while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Male/Female applicants are welcome.
• 35 years old and below.
• With relevant experience in restaurant or service crew work.
• Customer-oriented and hardworking.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A good team player with the ability to work well with coworkers.
• Willing to work in Qatar.
• Physically fit and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Able to provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Knowledge of basic food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation practices is an advantage.
• Reliable, responsible, flexible, and willing to follow company policies and instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service.
• Assist customers with menu selections, orders, and general inquiries.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them properly to the kitchen or preparation area.
• Prepare and serve food, beverages, juices, and other restaurant products according to company standards.
• Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and properly presented before serving customers.
• Handle customer requests, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of dining, service, counter, and work areas.
• Clean tables, chairs, counters, service stations, and other assigned areas.
• Assist with food and beverage preparation as required.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Restock food ingredients, beverages, packaging, utensils, and other service supplies when needed.
• Check product availability and inform supervisors when stocks are running low.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
• Follow proper cash-handling and payment procedures when assigned.
• Ensure equipment, utensils, and service areas are clean and ready for operation.
• Work closely with other service crew members, kitchen staff, and supervisors to maintain smooth operations.
• Follow company policies, service standards, and operational procedures.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and presentable appearance at all times.
• Assist in maintaining fast and efficient customer service during busy periods.
• Minimize food waste and handle restaurant products and materials properly.
• Support promotional activities and other restaurant initiatives when required.
• Perform other service crew and restaurant duties assigned by management.
