SERVICE CREW
Qualifications:
- 24 to 35 years old
- Minimum of 2 years experience in fast food restaurants such as McDonald’s, Jollibee, or other JFC brands
- With good customer service and communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude, hardworking, and team-oriented
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas
- Assist in cashiering, food preparation, and dining area maintenance when needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures
- Support overall restaurant operations and teamwork during busy hours
