Qualifications:
- Female applicants are preferred
- Relevant qualifications (Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field).
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Knowledge of early childhood learning principles and classroom management techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities that support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Encourage children’s creativity, curiosity, and independent learning.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress and developmental milestones.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and development.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress and classroom activities.
- Support children’s social skills, behavior management, and emotional well-being.
- Prepare learning materials, classroom displays, and educational resources.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, health and safety regulations, and child protection standards.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school activities as required.
