Qualifications:
- Female applicants are preferred.
- Relevant qualifications (Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field).
- Passion for education and student development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver English language lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
- Teach reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar, and vocabulary skills.
- Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate and monitor students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage student participation and confidence in using the English language.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive classroom environment.
- Support students with varying learning needs and abilities.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and development.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and school activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, educational standards, and student welfare requirements.
