Zainal Electronics Centre is seeking an experienced Service Center Supervisor to lead and manage service operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will oversee technicians and support staff, ensure efficient service delivery, and maintain high standards in the repair and maintenance of home electronics and air conditioning units.

SERVICE CENTER SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in service operations or technical supervision.
• Bachelor’s or College Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Male applicants preferred.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate service technicians and support staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure technicians follow proper repair and maintenance procedures for electronics and AC units.
• Monitor repair processes to maintain quality standards and minimize repeat service visits.
• Plan and schedule service appointments and manage workload distribution.
• Oversee inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability and proper usage.
• Maintain records of service activities and generate performance reports.
• Provide training to technicians on new products, repair techniques, and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and warranty procedures.
• Troubleshoot unresolved issues and coordinate with manufacturers or suppliers when necessary.
