KSK Company is seeking experienced Senior HVAC Workers to perform advanced HVAC installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning works for major infrastructure and construction projects across Turkey.

We welcome applications from Ex-Anel professionals and candidates with extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including railways, airports, hospitals, high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, and commercial developments.

Senior HVAC Worker

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior HVAC Worker, HVAC Technician, or similar role in construction, industrial, or building services projects.
• Ex-Anel experience is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in railway, airport, hospital, high-rise building, industrial, or commercial construction projects is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, technical specifications, and equipment manuals.
• Skilled in ductwork, piping systems, insulation, HVAC equipment installation, and system troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of HVAC standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical support to team members.
• Physically fit and willing to work on project sites in Turkey.

Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, ductwork, refrigerant piping, chilled water systems, and mechanical equipment.
  Execute HVAC installation works according to approved drawings, technical specifications, project requirements, and quality standards.
  Read and interpret HVAC drawings, mechanical layouts, equipment schedules, and technical documents.
  Install, connect, align, test, and commission HVAC equipment and related components.
  Perform ductwork installation, piping connections, insulation works, equipment mounting, and system modifications.
  Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance to ensure proper system operation.
  Assist with HVAC testing, balancing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
  Provide technical guidance and support to junior HVAC workers and team members.
  Coordinate with HVAC Foremen, engineers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure efficient completion of assigned works.
  Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and organized condition.
  Follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and promote safe working practices on site.
