Bayan Dental Center is seeking an organized and professional Secretary for placement in Kuwait. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage office documentation, coordinate schedules, and assist in ensuring smooth daily operations within the dental center.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

SECRETARY

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year Business course or related field.
• Age requirement: 20 to 40 years old.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in basic office procedures and documentation.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and office communications.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and files.
• Assist with data entry, reports, and administrative documentation.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with staff members and departments regarding office requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and company information.
• Ensure office supplies and administrative materials are properly monitored.
• Support other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

• Valid passport (more than 2 years)

• Training and Seminar Certificate/s
