SCAFFOLDER

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience as a Scaffolder in construction, industrial, maintenance, or similar projects.
• Knowledge of proper scaffolding erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling procedures.
• Familiarity with scaffolding components, tools, access systems, and safety equipment.
• Able to work safely at heights and follow strict site safety requirements.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling and demanding construction work.
• Able to understand and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to approved plans and safety requirements.
• Erect safe working platforms, access structures, and temporary scaffolding for construction and maintenance activities.
• Inspect scaffolding components, platforms, braces, couplers, boards, ladders, and other equipment before use.
• Ensure scaffolding is properly secured, level, stable, and suitable for the intended load.
• Follow scaffold drawings, work instructions, site procedures, and safety standards.
• Install guardrails, toe boards, access ladders, braces, and other required safety components.
• Identify damaged or defective scaffolding materials and report them to the supervisor.
• Assist with the safe movement, handling, and storage of scaffolding materials and equipment.
• Maintain proper housekeeping around scaffolding work areas.
• Coordinate with construction workers, supervisors, and other site personnel to ensure safe access and work platforms.
• Follow fall-protection requirements and other occupational health and safety procedures.
• Perform other scaffolding-related duties as assigned.
