Qualifications:

• 26 to 45 years old.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant masonry experience, with at least 2 years acquired overseas.
• Experience in cladding, framing, and roofing is an advantage.
• Must have genuine and verifiable employment records, such as Certificate of Employment (COE), previous employment contract, payslips, and company ID.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of standard masonry tools, materials, techniques, and construction practices.
• Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on construction work.
• Able to work effectively as part of a construction team and follow project instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform masonry and bricklaying work according to construction plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Lay and install bricks, concrete blocks, stone, and other masonry materials.
• Prepare mortar, cement, and other materials required for masonry work.
• Measure, mark, cut, and position masonry materials accurately.
• Construct, repair, and maintain walls, partitions, foundations, and other masonry structures.
• Ensure masonry work is properly aligned, level, plumb, and finished according to required standards.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, measurements, and specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and masonry equipment safely and correctly.
• Perform repairs, restoration, and finishing work as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and properly handle construction materials and equipment.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and construction site requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors, carpenters, roofers, builders, and other construction workers.
• Perform other masonry-related duties as assigned.
