SCADA Operator

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a SCADA Operator or in a similar industrial monitoring role.
  • Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or vocational certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of SCADA systems, PLCs, and industrial automation.
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts and respond to operational emergencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and operate industrial systems using SCADA software and interfaces.
  • Analyze system data to detect irregularities and take corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports of system operations and incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate system issues to the appropriate technical personnel.
