Cygnet Bay Sales Pty Ltd is offering an overseas employment opportunity for qualified applicants seeking a Restaurant Supervisor position in Australia. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, hotel or resort environments, and remote hospitality settings.

RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least graduates of a four-year undergraduate course.
• High school graduates may be considered if they are willing to take the IELTS or PTE English proficiency test.
• Previous experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or remote hospitality environments is an advantage.
• Must possess strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate leadership abilities and the capacity to lead by example.
• Must have good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be familiar with food safety, bar service, and workplace health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, guide, and support restaurant staff in delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor compliance with food safety regulations and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Assist in coordinating restaurant activities, staff assignments, and service schedules.
• Oversee bar service and ensure proper handling of food and beverages.
• Address customer concerns professionally and help resolve service-related issues.
• Maintain attention to detail in restaurant presentation, service delivery, and operational procedures.
• Help ensure that restaurant operations meet the establishment’s service standards.
