Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

• Must hold recognized university degree/diploma in restaurant management or tourism and hospitality Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as assistant manager/manager
• Have good computer literacy. (Excel, windows, internet explorer, restaurant/hotel point of sale systems)
• With good English communication skill.
• Knowledgeable in making inventory reports.

Responsibilities:

• Drives customer satisfaction by providing all guests with pleasing dining experience.
• Upkeep of the image, standards and principal of the company, keeping a transparent easily accessible style of management
• Maintains ambiance by controlling lighting background music, linen service glassware dinner and utensil quality and placement and monitoring food presentation and service.
