Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

• With management experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) setting
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain high performance standards
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
• Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and control costs
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Implement company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
• Achieve sales targets and improve overall restaurant performance
