We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join Seazen Group Co. in Kuwait. The successful candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and motivate the team, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and operational excellence in a fine dining environment.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Experience in Italian, Intercontinental, or International cuisine, preferably in a fine dining restaurant
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Experience in staff scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient and smooth service
- Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Manage staff schedules, performance, and training programs
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and purchasing teams
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Control operating costs while maintaining high-quality service
- Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to achieve operational goals
