RESTAURANT MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year working experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining restaurant (mandatory).
- No minimum educational attainment required.
- Must have a valid passport with at least 2 years and 6 months validity.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple outlets and drive business performance.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets within the assigned region.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate store managers and their teams to uphold brand standards.
- Monitor store performance through audits, KPIs, and regular reporting.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage inventory control, operational budgets, and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, hygiene, and food quality standards.
- Maintain strong communication between regional teams and head office.
