Cygnet Bay Sales Pty Ltd is offering an overseas employment opportunity for a Restaurant Manager in Australia. The successful candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, maintain service quality, and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.

RESTAURANT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Must have at least three (3) years of relevant work experience.
• Must be a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
• Applicants with experience in hotels, resorts, or remote hospitality environments are preferred.
• Must have strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Must possess good organizational and communication skills.
• Must be able to lead by example and supervise restaurant staff effectively.
• Must be familiar with food safety, bar service, and workplace health and safety requirements.
• High school graduates must be willing to take an English language proficiency test, such as IELTS or PTE, as stated in the vacancy details.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and professional service.
• Supervise restaurant staff, assign duties, and promote teamwork and accountability.
• Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high service standards.
• Coordinate food and beverage service with kitchen and other hospitality personnel.
• Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, bar service, and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Assist with staff training, work schedules, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor restaurant supplies, inventory, and equipment to support smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of the restaurant.
• Help implement operating procedures and improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
