REINFORCED IRON BAR

Qualifications:

• Male, 20–30 years old.
• At least High School Graduate.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Preferably with experience in reinforcing steel work, construction, steel fabrication, or related activities.
• Must be physically and emotionally healthy and capable of performing physically demanding construction work.
• Able to lift, carry, cut, bend, and position reinforcing steel bars.
• Good hand coordination and attention to detail.
• Able to follow measurements, instructions, and safety procedures accurately.
• Willing to work outdoors and in various construction site conditions.
• Responsible, hardworking, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Must be willing to undergo four (4) months of Japanese language training.
• Japanese language training will be provided free of charge.
• Willing to learn Japanese language, culture, and workplace practices.
• Able to adapt to a structured Japanese construction work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and handle reinforcing steel bars and related construction materials.
• Measure, mark, cut, and bend reinforcing bars according to required dimensions and specifications.
• Assemble and tie reinforcing steel bars to create reinforcement frameworks for concrete structures.
• Position reinforcing bars accurately according to construction drawings, instructions, and site requirements.
• Use appropriate hand tools, cutting equipment, bending machines, and other reinforcement tools safely.
• Install reinforcement cages, mesh, bars, and related steel components as required.
• Check measurements, spacing, alignment, and positioning of reinforcing bars before concrete placement.
• Assist with transporting, lifting, and positioning reinforcing steel materials at construction sites.
• Follow instructions from supervisors, foremen, and other construction personnel.
• Inspect reinforcing work and report incorrect measurements, damaged materials, or other issues.
• Maintain and properly store tools, equipment, and materials.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Strictly follow construction site safety procedures and properly use required PPE.
• Exercise caution when working with sharp, heavy, and potentially hazardous steel materials.
• Cooperate with other workers to complete reinforcement work efficiently and safely.
• Follow Japanese construction standards, company rules, and workplace practices.
• Perform other reinforcement steel and construction-related duties as assigned.
