Americare LLC is seeking qualified and experienced Registered Nurses for a Long-Term Care work opportunity in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will provide specialized nursing care to patients requiring ongoing medical support, particularly those with critical-care needs and ventilator exposure.

REGISTERED NURSE (LONG TERM CARE)

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Experience in Critical Care or ICU is highly preferred.
• Ventilator exposure/experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Must be a Registered Nurse in the Philippines.
• Must hold a valid professional nursing license.
• Candidates with a DOH Eligibility Letter or DOH License are given priority.
• NCLEX passers are an advantage.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work with critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, responsible, and patient-centered approach to nursing care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and compassionate long-term nursing care to patients.
• Assess patients’ health conditions and monitor vital signs and clinical changes.
• Provide nursing care for patients with complex and ongoing healthcare needs.
• Monitor patients with critical-care backgrounds and those requiring ventilator support.
• Operate and monitor ventilators and other medical equipment within the nurse’s scope of practice.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders.
  Monitor patients’ response to medications and treatments and report significant changes promptly.
• Assist with respiratory care and monitor patients requiring ventilator or other respiratory support.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Perform routine nursing procedures while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records, nursing notes, medication records, and care documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and family members regarding care plans, medications, and appropriate healthcare practices.
• Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and healthcare facility protocols.
• Maintain patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
• Perform other nursing duties assigned by management or the healthcare team.

Terms and Conditions:

• 2-year contract.
• 56 working hours per week.
• Overtime pay in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
• Paid leave as per UAE Labour Law.
• Free transportation to the work site.
• Free roundtrip airfare (Philippines–UAE).
• DataFlow fee to be shouldered by the employer.
• DOH Exam fee for the first take to be shouldered by the employer.
• Visa, UAE medical fees, Labour Card, and Emirates ID to be shouldered by the employer.

• Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
• Employment certificates (previous to present)
• Trainings attended
• Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
• Passport copy (1 year valid)
