REGISTERED NURSE
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse and a board passer with a valid nursing license.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical nursing experience.
- 35 years old and below.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Strong clinical assessment, patient care, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to delivering quality healthcare.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment and on shifting schedules.
- Good interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and document patients’ health conditions, vital signs, and medical histories.
- Administer prescribed medications, intravenous therapy, and other nursing treatments accurately and safely.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient progress, identify changes in condition, and promptly report concerns to the attending physician.
- Assist physicians during medical examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, recovery, and health promotion.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and hospital quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment, supplies, and treatment areas.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity and quality of patient care.
- Perform other nursing duties assigned by hospital management.
