arbatly Fruit is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician to install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems across its storage and distribution facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all cold storage and refrigeration equipment operates efficiently and reliably to maintain product quality.

REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician, preferably in food storage or distribution facilities.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Hands-on skills in electrical and mechanical maintenance related to refrigeration systems.
• Understanding of safety standards and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.
• Troubleshoot refrigeration units, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems.
• Monitor and maintain proper temperature and humidity levels in storage facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and improve system efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company regulations during all tasks.
• Collaborate with the operations team to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
