The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and uphold international nursing standards while delivering compassionate and professional service.

Recognized Nurse

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant hospital working experience.
• Must be a Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Examination) holder.
• Experience in any of the following hospital departments is accepted:
  • Obstetrics
  • Surgery
  • General Ward
  • Operating Room (OR)
  • Emergency Department (ER)
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
  • Pediatrics
  • Other related clinical areas.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in Germany and adapt to international healthcare standards.
• Demonstrates professionalism, compassion, and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, competent, and compassionate nursing care in accordance with professional standards and healthcare protocols.
• Assess patients’ conditions, monitor vital signs, and accurately document nursing observations and patient progress.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist in diagnostic, therapeutic, and emergency procedures as required.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, disease prevention, and health management.
• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and quality assurance standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development, training programs, and other hospital learning initiatives.
