We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced R&D Senior Engineer to join a leading steel pipe manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead research and development initiatives focused on improving product quality, manufacturing processes, material performance, and production efficiency while ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
R&D SENIOR ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only
- 45 years old and below
- Must have experience in the steel pipe manufacturing industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- Strong experience in Research and Development (R&D), process improvement, and product development within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of steel pipe manufacturing processes, material properties, quality standards, and testing methods
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and technical reporting abilities
Responsibilities:
- Lead research and development projects to improve steel pipe products and manufacturing processes
- Develop and evaluate new materials, production techniques, and product designs to enhance performance and efficiency
- Conduct technical analysis, product testing, and process validation in collaboration with production and quality teams
- Investigate product issues and implement innovative solutions through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and recommendations based on research findings
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support product development and manufacturing optimization
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, customer specifications, and company quality and safety requirements
