QUALITY SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• National Diploma or Degree in Food Technology.
• English and Maths proficiency at matriculation level.
• 2–3 years experience in QHSE management in a food production environment, preferably in high-speed bakery or bread production.
• Solid understanding of HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety standards and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure quality control of all production processes in the bakery.
• Implement and monitor QHSE policies and procedures in compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to food safety and production standards.
• Train and support production staff on quality control measures and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks, audits, and corrective actions.
• Identify areas for process improvement to maintain product quality and safety.

• Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
