Barona Teollisuus Oy is seeking qualified and experienced Production Workers for an overseas manufacturing opportunity in Finland. The successful candidate will participate in the production of fiberglass-reinforced plastic products by preparing fiberglass materials, cutting them according to technical drawings, and accurately positioning them inside molds.

PRODUCTION WORKER (Plastic Industry)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the plastics manufacturing industry.
• Experience working with fiberglass or composite materials is an advantage.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to handle fiberglass materials accurately.
• Careful, accurate, and detail-oriented working style.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks while maintaining consistent quality.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual production work.
• Safety-conscious and able to follow workplace safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Stack and prepare fiberglass mats and other materials for production.
• Cut fiberglass materials according to technical drawings and production specifications.
• Use hand tools, including scissors and other approved cutting tools, safely and properly.
• Read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and production specifications.
• Position and fit fiberglass materials accurately inside molds.
• Ensure materials are properly aligned and prepared before the next stage of production.
• Inspect materials and completed preparation work for accuracy and quality.
• Follow established production procedures and quality requirements.
• Identify and report material defects, incorrect dimensions, or other production issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
• Handle fiberglass and composite materials according to workplace safety procedures.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment when handling production materials.
• Cooperate with colleagues and supervisors to maintain an efficient production process.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining consistent quality.
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by management.
