Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Co. (SPIMACO) is seeking experienced Production Technicians to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), maintaining product quality, and following established safety and operating procedures.
PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical company.
- Technical knowledge and practical experience related to pharmaceutical production or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), pharmaceutical manufacturing standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain pharmaceutical production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform production activities while ensuring compliance with GMP, company policies, and quality standards.
- Prepare, set up, and clean production equipment before and after manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production processes and report any equipment malfunctions, deviations, or quality concerns.
- Complete production records, logs, and documentation accurately and on time.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements throughout all production activities.
- Coordinate with quality assurance, maintenance, and production teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas to support a regulated manufacturing environment.
