PRODUCTION PLANNER

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• National Diploma in Food Science is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of Industrial Relations (IR), Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and HACCP verification standards.
• Knowledge of food safety and security audits.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage production planning efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production schedules to meet operational targets and deadlines.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize workflow and resources.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, security, and quality standards including HACCP verification procedures.
• Conduct audits and maintain records to verify adherence to OHS and IR regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and production outputs to avoid shortages or overproduction.
• Lead and support the production team through effective communication, planning, and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
• NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
• Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
• PEOS certificate
• Vax Certificate
