Production Operator (Offset Printer / Die Cutter)

Qualifications:

• Male, 25–40 years old
• Experience in machine operation (offset printing or die cutting preferred)
• Capable of machine adjustment and mold changing
• Knowledgeable in basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• With basic computer skills
• Detail-oriented with strong focus on quality and productivity
• Physically fit and in good health
• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment
• TESDA certificate is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Operate and adjust offset printing and die-cutting machines
• Perform mold changing and machine setup as required
• Conduct machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance
• Monitor production processes and ensure product quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot and resolve common production issues
• Meet daily production targets and efficiency standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform basic computer-related tasks for machine operation and reporting

Requirements:

• Valid passport
• Detailed Resume
• High School / College Diploma
• Employment Certificate/s
• Training and Seminar Certificate/s
