Tung Pei Industrial Co., Ltd. is seeking skilled Production Operators (CNC / Machinists) to operate and maintain CNC and machining equipment used in precision manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality machined components while following company production, quality, and workplace safety standards.

PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• Age: 21–30 years old.
• Height: 165 cm and above.
• High School graduate or higher.
• Good eyesight.
• No tattoos.
• Former Taiwan workers (Ex-Taiwan) are welcome to apply.
• Ability to speak and understand basic Chinese is preferred.
• Experience in machinery-related work.
• Skilled in using hexagonal wrenches, vernier calipers, and split-type calipers.
• Experience in bearing grinding, machining, lathe operation, grinding machine operation, and machine maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines, lathes, grinding machines, and other machining equipment according to production schedules.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust machine parameters to ensure precision and product quality.
• Perform bearing grinding, machining, and processing operations according to technical specifications.
• Inspect finished products using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, split-type calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Use hand tools, including hexagonal (Allen) wrenches, for machine setup, adjustment, and maintenance.
• Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Identify machining defects, equipment abnormalities, and quality issues, and report them to supervisors.
• Maintain production records and ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
• Follow workplace safety regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company manufacturing standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines and work areas.
• Perform other production and machining duties assigned by management.
