Millenia Shoes Factory and Safety Tools is looking for skilled Production Operators to support footwear manufacturing operations in Qatar. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing various shoe production processes, ensuring product quality, and operating equipment efficiently while meeting production targets and maintaining workplace safety.
PRODUCTION OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- Male applicants.
- High School Diploma or any relevant Vocational Certificate.
- Skilled in toe lasting, side lasting, seat lasting, roughing, and counter moulding.
- Experienced in sole cleaning, marking, attaching, and pasting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Physically fit and capable of performing production-related tasks.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Perform shoe production processes, including toe lasting, side lasting, and seat lasting.
- Carry out roughing, counter moulding, and other upper preparation activities.
- Perform sole cleaning, marking, attaching, and pasting according to production specifications.
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
- Follow production schedules and work instructions to achieve daily output targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Observe workplace safety regulations and proper handling of materials and equipment.
- Report equipment issues or production defects to supervisors promptly.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the employer.
