Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc. is seeking qualified Process Engineers (Grey Collar) to support semiconductor and electronics manufacturing operations in Taiwan. The successful candidate will contribute to production process improvement, equipment performance, troubleshooting, and manufacturing efficiency while supporting advanced semiconductor processes.
PROCESS ENGINEER (GREY COLLAR)
Qualifications:
- College degree or higher educational attainment is encouraged.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field is an advantage.
- Experience in equipment maintenance within the electronics or semiconductor industry is highly preferred.
- Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing processes is an advantage, particularly in Flip Chip Bond, Die Saw, Underfill, SMT,
- Molding, Laser Mark, Wafer Dicing, Ball Mount, TCB, or LAB.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering, maintenance, and production teams.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support and monitor semiconductor and electronics manufacturing processes.
- Assist in improving production processes to achieve better efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Monitor equipment and production performance and identify potential process issues.
- Troubleshoot process and equipment-related problems.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve operational issues.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and ensure production equipment operates efficiently.
- Analyze production problems and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor product quality and ensure processes comply with established manufacturing standards.
- Maintain accurate process, equipment, and production documentation.
- Assist in implementing new processes, equipment, and production improvements.
- Follow company safety, quality, and semiconductor manufacturing procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
