Integrated Services Engineering Consulting Company (ISEC) is seeking a highly experienced Principal Structural Engineer to lead structural design and analysis for large-scale oil & gas and industrial projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves ensuring the integrity, safety, and compliance of all structural systems, while mentoring and guiding engineering teams.

Principal Structural Engineer

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15+ years of relevant structural engineering experience
• Extensive experience in GES+, FEED, PMC, or EPC projects
• Strong background in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial projects
• Expertise in structural design, analysis, and inspection of steel and concrete structures
• Knowledge of international codes, standards, and best practices
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety standards
• Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers in structural engineering practices

Responsibilities:

• Lead structural engineering activities for GES+, FEED, PMC, or EPC projects
• Develop, review, and approve structural designs, drawings, calculations, and specifications for steel, concrete, and composite structures
• Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and client specifications (e.g., AISC, ACI, Eurocode)
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior structural engineers
• Conduct structural inspections, assessments, and evaluations for project safety and performance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, mechanical, piping, and process engineers
• Oversee fabrication, erection, and installation of structural components
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project deliverables
• Evaluate and recommend design modifications to optimize safety, cost, and constructability
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety regulations
