MRK is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects, ensuring that all activities align with company standards and client requirements. The Engineering Manager will play a key role in project planning, technical execution, and team development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
  • Preferably with experience working on ARAMCO projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Proven experience in project planning, execution, and engineering management.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and engineering quality processes is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the engineering team to deliver high-quality design and project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Develop and implement engineering procedures, best practices, and quality controls.
  • Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to resolve engineering challenges.
  • Prepare reports, technical documentation, and presentations for management and clients.
  • Mentor and develop engineering staff, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
