ENGINEER ARCHITECTURAL

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of working experience in architectural engineering or related fields.
  • Professional License holder (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam).
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and safety regulations.
  • Proven experience in design, planning, and oversight of construction projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Male applicants preferred.
  • Expertise in architectural design and structural analysis.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and evaluate blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop blueprints, schematics, and project plans for buildings and structures.
  • Evaluate and improve the structural integrity of buildings through analysis and review.
  • Create, review, and evaluate architectural blueprints, schematics, and models to ensure feasibility and identify potential issues.
  • Ensure all designs meet relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor construction operations, coordinate with construction teams, and provide recommendations for design improvements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
