Integrated Services Engineering Consulting Company (ISEC) is seeking a Principal Rotating Equipment Engineer to lead the design, specification, maintenance, and optimization of rotating machinery for large-scale oil & gas and industrial projects in Saudi Arabia. This role ensures reliability, efficiency, and compliance with international standards, while mentoring engineering teams.

Principal Rotating Equipment Engineer

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in rotating equipment engineering
• Extensive experience in GES+, FEED, PMC, or EPC projects
• Strong background in oil & gas or large-scale industrial projects
• Expertise in design, specification, troubleshooting, and reliability of rotating machinery
• Knowledge of vibration analysis, predictive maintenance, and root cause failure analysis
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and coordination skills for multidisciplinary collaboration
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
• Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers in rotating equipment practices

Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering activities for rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, and motors
• Develop, review, and approve equipment specifications, datasheets, and selection criteria
• Conduct performance analysis, vibration monitoring, and reliability assessments
• Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and project requirements
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Collaborate with process, mechanical, and electrical engineers to integrate rotating equipment into plant design
• Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of rotating machinery
• Evaluate and recommend upgrades, modifications, or replacements to improve performance and reliability
• Prepare engineering documentation, technical reports, and project deliverables
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety requirements
